One of the à la carte restaurants of the Valentin Imperial resort. Very popular with the resort guests (with reason) so expect some waiting (in one of the bars) before you get a table (no reservations possible). The food and service are of a high standard just like any of the other hotel restaurants.

This is a MUST for at least one of the dinners that you have at the Valentin. It is classy and gives you a little taste of French cuisine. My wife and I loved trying all of the different things on the menu that we had never had before. Definitely a romantic place for a special dinner.

Reservations are possible if you are a Prive guest. We were sat right away and then blown away. My husband got the Chilean sea bass and has not shut up about it since! With his first bite he says his life changed (dramatic but he seriously has been trying to figure out how to make it at home). It was a great place to try some fun new things and the staff were very friendly!
